OBAMACARE RULING A CALL TO [info] ARMS

Yesterday the supreme court ruled Obama’s healthcare reform constitutional. I wish I could feign surprise but I knew this would happen. Giving the rubber stamp to the disastrous legislation was a fata complete. The individual mandate is just the beginning of what is wrong with the bill. From taking over a completely unrelated industry so the could hide the real costs to death panels and cutting medicare obamacare is a cruel hoax. This bill is a fascist tax paid to private interests designed to expand government power, limit freedom and implement neo eugenics. Unfortunately most of us fell into the trap and assumed the bill would be socialism. The sad truth is that socialism would be a huge improvement for Obamacare since it’s actually far worse.

Look at all the other federal programs supposedly designed to create a safety net for the poor and elderly. Medicaid, Medicare, Social Security have all been a means by which the federal government has purchased votes and stolen from the people. Mismanaged by design we have become debt slaves and Obamacare will only drag us deeper into a dark abyss    of nanny state control freak hell.

Romney will not save us, republicants will not stop the ship from sinking. We need to implement social programs and legislation from a local level or we will become serfs. The federal government is out of control and must be brought to its knees through a peaceful revolution. This means uniting people around limited government and states rights. We must not let the divide and conquer hypnosis continue.

Your Mission If You Choose To Accept It

The budget fiasco in Washington DC is completely emblematic of an institution utterly bankrupt in every respect. Country after country is falling into insolvency. All out war is brewing in the middle east. Tokyo is glowing green and the ring of fire is burning nearly 360 degrees around. Our leaders seem to think that if we ignore the problems they will simply go away. Pundits bemoan the  “conspiratorial nature” of the tea-party and freedom movements but I don’t have to be a historian or economist to notice that the world IS being run as if time will stop in December of 2012.

I don’t believe in doomsday theories. I do believe that the clowns in government are driving us toward a financial Armageddon while wearing a blindfold, a shit eating grin and talking to us like we are children. I’m convinced they know something I don’t. Maybe it’s precisely how they plan on avoiding prison for the crimes they commit.

Of course we should cut 60 Billion but it’s just a drop in the bucket when we borrowed 1.7 Trillion this year. Hello Washington? We pay 20 Billion a month in interest alone. Cutting 100 Billion or 60 Billion from a 3 Trillion dollar budget is a joke. Democrats had the chance to pass a budget when they controlled the house. Instead they left the nation with no budget. If shutting the government down is the disaster they claim the senate should stop quibbling with the house which is where all spending must originate. I don’t remember Harry Reid scolding Pelosi for failing to pass a budget.

To make matters worse Obama is refusing to sign bills before they have even gone into the senate. The presidents job is one of an executive. He is not the chairman of the board. His role is to execute the laws congress passes and over see the deployment of resources congress disperses. The executive branch is completely out of control.

Impeach Obama.

Shrink government by 50%.

Lead a movement to eradicate or infiltrate both dominate political party’s.

Revamp the constitution with modern limits on government power.

Restore Freedom.

Save the Republic.

Wiki Leaks / Waki Leakers and the Police State

Posted in Censorship, Congress, Current Events, End The Fed, National Defense, Politics, SCOTUS, The Coming Police State, Unite Against DC on December 8, 2010 by toptruth

Some Dummy (Peter King?) in the Senate authored a bill to give life in prison to any journalist who publishes leaked information. It will be hard to convict even the thief of this information with treason under current law. Even espionage could be a problem since the law is written so vaguely that it could cause a serious inquiry into the constitutionality of said law. This is what was said on FOX News anyway.

The reason for this in my opinion is that our founders didn’t give the federal government a lot of power with which to keep secrets. The writers knew  that good governments have little need for it. We are not talking about the nuclear codes here. So far the wiki leaks have only confirmed what we already suspected, that we’re being lied to.

I don’t know what is in these documents, so it’s difficult to pass judgement on Assange or the leaker although the later should definitely spend a life in prison and Assange seems to have gone into the terrorism buiseness threatening to release a “poison pill” should he be arrested for publishing the release. Either the information is fit for release or it’s not. This move cements Assange as a dirtbag in my opinion.

The leaker in these situations is either treasonous or he feels the people have a right to the information. Either way he must be punished because we cannot have military officers making that decision on their own without repercussions. If he feels strongly enough that he is right he will accept the punishment and hope for pardon or stay. Although from what I gather this guy was no patriot.

Journalists an ethical responsibility to avoid releasing information that will get people killed. In other words specifics about a military operation that is ongoing, or informants names or locations, undercovers etc…

I think most of this information should not have been released, but I support his right to do so. Journalists, (especially those in other nations), news commentators and any private citizen for that matter have a right and a duty to report news and information that they think is pertinent. That is what our founders called “freedom of the press”.

We defeated Britain in no small part thanks to the printing press which was the internet of that generation. Now our government is the out of control empire and it is seeking to censor our media.

It was just released that the feds have been bailing out media companies in secret. Now they are going to start censoring the ones they don’t like. The MIAC report was leaked, should those who reported on it be thrown in jail? Are we only allowed to see government approved information?

At the same time the FCC is moving to regulate the internet and issue licences for blogs.

Make no mistake the constitution is under attack from domestic enemy’s. What will THIS generation do about it?

**My apologies to Scott Brown. I originally reported that he authored the anti-journalism bill.

Do we need big government?

Posted in Congress, Current Events, False Flag, SCOTUS, Tea-Party, The Coming Police State, Unite Against DC with tags , , , , , on October 26, 2010 by toptruth

In the time of the tea-party big government types are on the defensive. Some of these folks have come to argue a point debated since the dawn of civilization. In addition to ancient history the very founding of our nation is rooted in this age old debate.

Do we need an iron fist control network controlling our every move?

Studying history one sees a vast array of social structures ie The dynasties of the far east, Kama Sutra in india, The dawn of democracy in Greece. In Europe the Celtics, In the Americas a myriad of native tribes from the Aztec to the Hopi.

What can the study of these cultures even from a surface scan tell us about human sociology and how it relates to government? For the sake of time I will share with you my conclusions.

I believe that government too big is a far greater danger than government that is too small. When I look at history I see example after example of governments run out of control. Most notably, Germany elected a man who ran as a socialist. He later framed another state for an attack he committed on his own capital. He shredded the rule of law, launched the 2nd world war, instituted a complete police state and committed the atrocities of the holocaust.

We are all familiar with Adolf Hitler. What we are not often taught is how the government convinced the people to fall into this system. At the core of this was eugenics, the supposed science of engineering the master race. The government told the people it had to control everything in order to restore the health and prosperity of the nation.

A government which controls the people will one day fall into complete despotism. Corruption grows worse every year when the people are not able to check government power. The more control the more corruption, the more corruption the more control. Invariably in this enviroment only the most dastardly thrive. We don’t see a lot of governments step back from the brink and relinquish control. Over and over we see civilizations deteriorate and destroy themselves to the personal ruin of the people.

Some throw up their hands and say that it’s just the way it is. They knowingly accept this fate. I am here to tell you that we owe our forefathers better than that.

The founding fathers took a huge step in the history of civilizations. A pure democracy is mob rule and can be easily corrupted. Knowing this these men created something new. A constitutional republic. That means that the constitution is the rule of law not the will of 51%.

Our constitution holds the rights of the individual above all. The only constitution that states that men get their rights directly from their creator. This way it is built in that these rights cannot be taken away by government because they were not granted by it.

The constitution also explicitly states that the people (through the constitution) have afforded government specific powers for the sole purpose of protecting our god given rights. It also states that any powers not given to the federal government remain with the sates or the people.

Sorry folks but 90% of what the US Federal Government does is illegal under its own charter. Even worse what it is tasked to do it ignores.

This is simply fact.

If you allow this to continue we will move only towards our own destruction. We are more than a hundred years down the road toward tyranny. One day the worst will happen and it will be because good people stayed on the bench. Our founders told us this. They knew it would happen and warned us in writing. Their words can still be read and are more than applicable.

Statists want us to give up our rights and freedoms saying “you have to so government can keep you safe”, they tell us what to eat, drink, smoke. Scan us, Search us, tax us. None of it is any good and it is bankrupting our country.

Yes there are draw backs to a smaller government, nothing is perfect. But Big Government creates the problems and the solution is always more control for our own good. This argument was made in George Washingtons day aswell. Franklin, Jefferson and Washington were not buying it and neither am I.

I will not trade my freedom for “security”. I will not sit down and shut up.

Some say “whats the difference I can’t change anything”. I say you can do more than you think but even if its futile at least you did your part. At least you did your duty.

“A NATION OF SHEEP WILL BE GOVERNED BY WOLVES”

Some of you need to wake up and take a stand. Are you Men or Mice?

Mc-EE-Deez gets Waiver on Health Care

Posted in Congress, Health Care, SCOTUS, Unite Against DC with tags , , , on October 8, 2010 by toptruth

Reported yesterday McDonald’s and 29 other companies got waivers for some key health care provisions.

Breaking News!!!

CEO’s scuttle around like shellfish trying to see someone in government for a waiver.

No principle, Wont come out against anything, some even supported the “health care reform” bill. These little boot lickers fall inline fast.

The Media makes it sound like an out in out waiver specifically naming McDonald’s and others. If this is true I would expect it to be completely illegal. I would expect them to craft some amendment that would by virtue of its specifics grant these “waivers” to a  small group of company’s. However if this names a specific company I would say it’s clearly unconstitutional under equal protection.

If its not unconstitutional, it sure as hell should be. As a reward for supporting the ultra-contoversial law these companys get “waivers for it’s key provisions”?

Could you ask for a more obvious example of corruption?  Could these thugs POSSIBLY trample your rights to a greater degree? They can and they do!

**MESSAGE TO CEOs AND CFOs**

Get out of Line for a “waiver”

Come out against this law and the curruption it only seeks to expand.

What I stand for.

Half my family lives in Brazil. Some of them are forever trying to get me to move there. They know I’m not exactly thrilled with the way this country is run, I’m not sure why they think I would like Brazil any better. corruption in country’s like Brazil is even worse than here. Not only that but these people have no individual rights. For example, Private citizens cannot own firearms. People in Brazil might say “why would we need guns?”, they would mock the very idea but think nothing of their police officers carrying a second unregistered pistol. These pistols are carried for the express purpose of avoiding paperwork in hairy situations. What hypocrisy, I could never live under such a system.

So what system do I promote? What should government look like? Personally I look to the Bill of Rights, Constitution and Declaration of Independence. When reading these documents I see how our founding fathers viewed government. They felt that Government would always drift towards corruption and tyranny. For this reason they placed checks and balances. They laid out a constitution that held individual rights above the rights of the collective. The founders told us that the purpose of government was to protect our god given rights.

Our system is magnificent in this country and that is why I would never leave. The problem is that it has been perverted. Our politicians don’t know anything about what this governments proper role is. Our president views the constitution as a ‘ list of negative rights, saying what the government cannot do. Rather than what it must do on our behalf.’ Our politicians are VERY confused.

The General Welfare clause for example. This is the most misunderstood and misapplied body of words in US law. When our founders wrote that the government should ‘promote or provide for the general welfare of the United States of America.’ They did NOT intend for this to mean that the government should or could do anything that was generally good for the collective. What they ment was that government should have the power to levy taxes or pass laws that would promote or provide for the needs of the union itself as an institution. Our leaders, and the supreme court now expect us to believe that these words empowered government to take private property from one person and give it to another. A complete perversion.

Why would they lay out specific enumerated powers and then say ‘anything that’s in the common good is cool too’. Talk about wishy washy. That would make no sense at all. As Mr. Obama clearly understands even if he does not agree, our constitution gives the federal government specific powers with which to protect our god given individual rights. The 10th amendment also states quite clearly that all powers not given are reserved for the states or the people. There is NOTHING in the constitution that empowers the federal government to redistribute wealth, create a ponzi scheme retirement racket, or health insurance racket. There is nothing that empowers the federal government to police the people with the FBI, DEA or ATF. In fact 90% of what our modern federal government does is extra constitutional. Meanwhile what it SHOULD be doing it refuses to do. Control the boarders, Control currency, protect our human rights.

The system I promote is one that is true to the Bill of Rights and Constitution. It’s really that simple. We must wake people up to the reality that our government has perverted our founding documents and become a corporate institution that truly views the people as slaves. The infowar is about a restoration of our founding principles. A return to the rule of law. Abandoning the imperialist model and handing the government back to the people.

Every Day Is a Tea Party! Time to Turn up the Volume!

YouTube – 12/3/09 Ron Paul with Judge Napolitano on Glenn Beck: Bernanke to be Renominated?.

YouTube – Obama & His Socialist Economists Should Listen to Ron Paul & Peter Schiff.

I simply cannot understand why this country seems completely unable to solve the problems we face and see the world the way it really is. We are looking at 2010 and somehow I feel we still have not moved past 1985.

George H Bush broke promises, fought a war I supported, allowed our fiscal problems to simmer and after pushing Reagan to do the same as VP proceeded to build the republican party around the religious right.

Clinton raised taxes like his predecessor. But after being reigned in by a Republican Congress Clinton reformed welfare and proclaimed the end of big government. Clinton also fought a war I supported, took over the lending practices of banks and deregulated the way they package and market their loans.

Republicans capitalized and George W Bush became the next president. Bush made an effort to address the growing social security problem but was stymied and terror quickly became the leading issue. Soon he would start but not finish two wars and despite some effort allow the banking crisis to unfold without ever really communicating its danger to the people.

When things started to collapse I for one was relieved at first. Peter Schiff, Ron Paul and others explained how the whole thing would unfold years before it happened. I figured that people would wake up and demand answers. I felt we could get through it and fix the problems. When Bush started bailing out troubled corporations I shook my head. Couple Billion here Couple Billion there. Nobody was talking about the deeper issues.

Nobody really thought it was a good idea to start bailing these losers out. Within weeks they demanded another 800Billion. I was flabbergasted. I emailed congress, I emailed the president. I cussed them all out in public. I was disgusted.

In the meantime we were electing a new president who openly advocated “spreading the wealth”. Things were starting to get scary fast. Politics changed, we were witness to a merger. Global Corporations were effectively bought out by our government under the threat of marshal law.

Our Federal Government went from too big to truly massive. Embroiled in two wars I had supported and flat broke our president quickly eliminated any lingering doubt. The fiscal insanity would continue unabated.

Previously I held a quiet suspicion that my leaders were corrupt and inept. After feeling completely betrayed by Bush I lost all faith in government officials. No longer did I extend to them any modicum of trust.

Before long I would answer a call. This Government which had long ago abandoned the constitution as our founders intended it was now completely out of control.

I found myself commenting on other peoples blogs. I suggested we March on DC a Million strong. I protested at my State Capital in what was called the second Boston Tea Party. It was not easy to walk through downtown Boston with a sign held high attached to a piece of strapping that was wrapped with three red, white and blue work shirts. But I did. And even after the media called us Racists I did the same thing in DC on the 4th of July. Attending these events was not fun, relaxing or free. I did it anyway.

I started blogging mostly for therapeutic reasons. I needed a platform, I had to be heard, I wondered if I was alone. I blogged nearly everyday. I endeavored to follow as much of the news cycle as possible. It was nice to see many of my fellow citizens standing up as well.

Without any political leader a movement emerged to fight the big government agenda and my blog received over 11000 hits. After four months of amateur news analysis I found myself emotionally drained. I was planning to go to my 3rd Tea Party in a year and it promised to be the March I had called for the past spring.

I was packed and on the road. I faced a 30 hour pilgrimage to DC and back since I could not afford a hotel room. I had the cooler, The ice, Sodas, Some sandwich ’s and a driving CD. I was on the highway after working a long day when I realized I didn’t have my digital camera. The trip died but something new was born.

I watched the news coverage of the September 12th tea party and I felt something strange. I was disappointed. We had a truly massive march that day. Maybe half a million people. The capitol city was overrun with Americans from allover the country, it was a huge accomplishment. It was the end, It was the beginning. It was another shot across the bow of Big Government.

The feeling persisted. I knew that our work to build a coalition and start a movement had succeeded. But I knew that it was not enough to really accomplish anything. Thanks to a mostly corrupt media our message was muffled. I knew it was time to turn the page. I could spend no more energy on the blog. I was searching for the next step.

Many of you have recognized the failings of our government for some time. You might have discussed politics with friends, family and punched your ballot.

I’m here to issue a new call to service. The time to fight for your principals is right now, TODAY.

I am launching the next faze in my war against big government.

The Fathered By Liberty Group will endeavor to put some muscle behind all the picket signs and protesting. The left has long ago learned how to organize the community, its time we did the same,

Through the FBLG I have laid out a political platform that is instep with the constitution as our founders intended it.

Through community outreach we hope to enlist our neighbors in the fight by circulating petitions door to door and demanding that new candidates sign our pledge.

FBLG chapters will work to enlist 300 peaceful militia men and women in each state. These folks will serve as a measured response to ACORN and union thugs. They will protest during business hours at state capitals and local congressional offices.

FBLG will never accept funding from political party’s, currupt corporations, government or any proxy’s for these usurpers. To be effective and congruent we must be funded by a grass roots movement.

THAT MEANS WE NEED YOU, YOUR FRIENDS, THE SILENT MAJORITY

More to Come.
